I love listening to older music. I was really inspired by Scott Bradlee’s Post Modern Jukebox while reinterpreting these songs. I also relied heavily on jazz training I took years ago and downloading chord charts from the internet. There is one original composition in the mix and that is El Sueno Perdido, another rewrite from years’ past from a song called Wasted Dream. I believe I first wrote that in 1996.
